How long have you been in business?
I have owned and operated Phoenix Printing since 2011.
What is your primary product or service?
Printing of all kinds, signs, vinyl lettering and graphics, screen-printed and embroidered apparel, as well as installation of signs and graphics.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I studied graphic design in high school and was hooked immediately. After school, I worked part time as a freelance graphic designer and became interested in printing while handling jobs for my clients. Prior to starting my own print brokerage company, I worked for three different Kansas City printing companies as a graphic designer, online ordering module designer, and pre-press technician for two decades.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My company is different from traditional printing companies, due to the fact that I can offer my clients the products of any and every printing company in existence. I do the homework for my clients by checking out vendors to find the best match for them. I maintain personal relationships with my vendors and they offer me the highest quality printing at the best price. I take care of all of the customer service and graphic design, through every step of each project. If I need to find a new vendor for a client's project, I interview the business, tour its facilities if it is a local business (most of my vendors are local), view completed work and check references before beginning a relationship with them. I only work with the highest rated businesses, because I only offer the highest quality products to my clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I make myself available to my clients at a location of their choosing to make the process as simple as possible for them. I can also meet clients using Skype, by phone, text or email. I am currently expanding my client base in Wichita, KS and all of south-central Kansas.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept cash, check and credit/debit cards.
Which areas do you service?
I personally service south-central Kansas and north-central Oklahoma. However, I am available to clients worldwide using the internet and video conferencing.

The best compliment anyone can give me is telling me that I made it easier for them to succeed. The whole reason I do this is to help other small business owners have the materials they need to make their business look great.

I have many favorite quotes, but regarding my work, this anonymous quote says it best, "Sometimes fulfilling your dreams and aspirations means being a part of helping others fulfill theirs. In the end, we rise or fall together."
