Established 1981. We have just begun our 35th year since we opened 9-16-81 !!!
What is your primary product or service?
SUSAN'S is a full service florist. Fresh flowers, blooming and green plants, gifts and decorative
accessories. We design wedding and special events, locally, state wide, and throughout the United States.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Susan McKnight, began working in a Floral Shop at the age of 14. Susan attended Kansas State
University in the field of Floriculture. Susan has been recognized as one of the top 1000 Floral Shops in country by TELEFLORA Wire Company. She is one of 2000 florist world wide known for her Floral design excelence as a member of AIFD, American Institude of Floral Designers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Susan's,Inc. is known for the freshest flowers and the finest service. The mission statement
says it all: QUALITY, VALUE, SERVICE. We have developed an extensive list of Corporate and personal accounts that use our services
multiple times a year. We are TRUSTED by our customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Susan's is your Neighborhood Florist, no matter where you live! Twice daily deliviers to all
hospitals, funeral homes, business' and residents' city wide. One location with the best design
staff and drivers covers the Wichita area.

From Highway I-35 and Kellogg the shop is 3 miles east of I-35, then turn North on Oliver, drive
4 blocks.

Cash, and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
Wichita and surrounding area's. East to Andover, South to Derby, North to Kechi, Park City, and Valley Center, West to Goddard, and Maize.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Susan McKnight is the owner and President of the Corporation.
She is active daily in the business.
What are your hours of operation?
MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 8:30 TO 5:30, SATURDAY 8:30 TO 5:00, CLOSED SUNDAY.
We are closed for all major Holiday's.
At Christmas we are closed the 24th, 25th and 26th.
