What is your primary product or service?
Data for pharmaceutical companies. They need this to get better medications approved by the FDA and available to the general public.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Both of the owners worked in a local research clinic prior to starting this clinic. We both felt we could have a clinic that reaches more people and more doctors if we were not affiliated with one particular group. Research is imperative to improving healthcare and we feel strongly that Wichita is a great place to be able to have these opportunities.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are not a huge clinic so our patients don't get lost in the shuffle. We believe in continuity of care so we work closely with people's PCP's. The doctors like working with us because we care about the patients and are taking scrupulous care of the details so they can not worry about their practice and participating in research being too much for their schedule. Pharmaceutical companies love our site. We consistantly meet our enrollment goals, our patients are kept safe and are respected, we follow the protocol and all the FDA regulations. We give them clean data.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we have one main location. When necessary we take the research into a physician's office. We do have plans for expansion in the next 18 months.

What type of payments do you accept?
Our services cost patients NOTHING! In fact they earn a small stipend as a thank you for their time and commitment to the study.
Which areas do you service?
All of Kansas. We have had patients come from Great Bend, Salina, Emporia, SE Kansas and Oklahoma.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Angela Germany and Kim Talbot are the owners. Angela is the Director of Business Operations and tends to the daily operations involving the financial aspects of the business. Kim is the Clinical Director. She oversees the study coordinators, patient care and is the physician liason.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
