Five Broadway scale musicals are presented each summer, featuring Broadway stars and full orchestra.
Each summer since 1972, Music Theatre Wichita has self-produced lavish versions of musical theatre shows, both classics and world premieres. The casts feature Broadway veterans and brilliant young rising talents, always accompanied by full orchestras, with spectacular sets and costumes.
