What is your primary product or service?
Independent Electric is primarily an electric motor repair facility. We service motors both in house and in the field. Troubleshooting, on and offline testing, balancing and alignment are all services we can provide to help customers find a solution to whatever motor-related issues they might be having. Other areas we service include Switchgear testing, repair, and modification, Hoist/Crane sales and service, and welder/generator service.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our expertise and experience help us correctly diagnose problems and fix equipment quickly and efficiently.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have locations in Sedalia and Springfield, MO and Wichita, Lyons, and Topeka, KS.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, open accounts, and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
Mostly indutrial, but also commercial, and municipalities.
What are your hours of operation?
7am-5pm, Monday thru Friday.
